SEWER ISSUES
The Authority continues to provide emergency service on call 24 hours every day. Should a homeowner experience a problem with there home sewer. The Authority should be contacted first to determine the source of the problem. When a customer calls after normal business hours please be sure to listen to the full message so the trouble call can be routed to the proper person. By calling the Authority first the homeowner may avoid an unnecessary plumbing bill.
Any problems such as root growth or grease build up in the lateral, on the house side of the curb , will be the homeowners responsibility.
